How a drive works.

  1. Name it in the chat. One bill, one locked place.
  2. Everyone pays a share. A link, any amount still open.
  3. It lands only there. Nobody on the way can redirect it.

Before you pay.

Does Earmark hold the money?
On a wallet drive, no. The payment goes to the locked address in the same transaction. On a bill drive, the pool sits in Earmark's wallet until the provider is paid, then anything unused comes back.
Can the destination change?
No. It is written once. The contract has no owner and no withdraw.
What if the bill cannot be paid?
Everyone who paid that bill drive gets their share back.
